Safer Together is bringing COVID-19 testing to community-based organizations (CBOs), schools, camps, after-school programs, and other organizations serving children and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area. Together with our partners, we co-create and support implementation of testing programs and protocols to safely reopen in-person learning and recreational activities for youth.
Safer Together is looking for community-minded people to join our team as Program Manager. We’re a startup organization so this role combines operations, compliance, research, and program implementation responsibilities. This person will design and implement rapid COVID-19 antigen testing operations at multiple school and CBO sites, as well as supportive followup services with youth or staff who might test positive. This person will ensure that proper protocols, training, and regulatory requirements are met. This person will have existing playbooks on rapid antigen testing in schools from the California Department of Public Health, and will use those in the design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Safer Together.
